What shipping service is used and how long does shipping take?

We primarily use USPS. Every order is unique, but each is processed and entered into transit within 3 business days from the date the order is received. We ask that you wait 9 days from date of order before you start to worry about the package as we’re ALL adjusting to the fluctuating turn around time of parcel services currently. Feel free to contact us if anything is wrong or needs to be changed.

How are refunds/returns/exchanges handled?

There are no refunds. If exchanging unworn garments is desired, it may be shipped back at your expense. You may exchange the item for merchandise totaling the same price spent. If there are more answers needed you can reach out to us via the contact us page subject being “Exchange”

How do I care for garments?

All TRUTH pieces are safe to put in washers and dryers. If the piece needs special care it would be found in the item’s description and/or the tag of the garment. Generally I think its safest to hang dry your doap, but its up to you.

Can I order custom shirts here?

Naw Sorry. Custom orders are done case by case. Inquiries for custom TRUTH apparel can be made on the contact us page/social media

How does the clothing fit? Does it run loose or tight?

Fit is best described as “Regular” meaning, not significantly tighter, longer, or more loose than the traditional fit of the size selected. Additional sizing or styling notes would be mentioned in the description of the item.

Where’s my order?

Has it been 9 days? If not don’t worry its on its way. A tracking number will be sent to you once the pckg is processed to be shipped.

Will “out of stock” items restock on the site?

Maybe. You can always voice your request on social media platforms but we ultimately will decide whether or not to restock any item once it has sold out.

What fiber composition (cotton, nylon, poly, etc) are the garments?

The garment makeup will be noted in each item's description. If it isnt, its safe to assume its 50/50 Cotton/Poly or 100% cotton. (select pieces may be a Triblend of Cotton Polyester & material x*.)

*Material x may be rayon, wool, spandex or any number

Also We will announce when we’ll be doing pop ups or vending shows via Social Media so stay tuned.

Can I pick up items ordered on this site?

No.

I saw a piece on social media but I don’t see it here on the site. What’s up with that?

We’ve been in business nearly 18 years. People have acquired our timeless apparel in many different settings and ways over the years as the brand has matured. This site is a representation of the designs/merchandise on the cutting edge of our product line.

Could I get an Item I see on this site in a different colorway?

Not at the speed, price or convenience as the inventory shown. This request would be considered a custom order which is handled differently, priced differently and may take longer. You can inquire about this in the contact us section of the site. Inquiries will be checked weekly.
